Convo is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these additional terms. By using Convo you agree to both.

Subscription

• Convo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe before it ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app under your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Fair use

Premium includes generous daily practice. To keep the service affordable and reliable for everyone, the app applies reasonable daily limits and may limit access that looks automated or abusive.

About the AI tutor

The tutor's replies, corrections, and pronunciation scores are generated automatically and can be wrong. Convo is a practice tool, not a certified language assessment, and is not professional advice of any kind. Please don't share sensitive personal information in conversations.

Acceptable use

Don't use Convo to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to extract, copy, or overload the service or the AI models behind it.
